A lot of "Sims 4" players did not expect that Electronic Arts has done cooking up a new stuff pack for the game. The news first broke out last Tuesday, July 2, when EA finally released the promo trailer for the latest "The Sims 4" stuff pack called the "Backyard Stuff." The upcoming DLC is quite different from the previous stuff packs released by EA, as the latest pack will be more focused on the items, structures, and activities outdoors.

"The Sims 4" website has already written a description for the upcoming stuff pack, providing the players what to expect once "Backyard Stuff" is already out in the digital market. Specifically, "Backyard Stuff" will be introducing new types of decorations, which is intended for display outside the sims' house. Some of the outdoor decorations included in "Backyard Stuff" are the frog mountain, spinning wind catchers, and potted plants. There are a lot of decorative objects perfect for display outdoors, but aside from the backyard aesthetics, EA has also prepared a new set of outdoor activities to make the gameplay even more exciting and life-like. According to the trailer, the next "The Sims 4" stuff pack will be out on July 19.

The next stuff pack for "The Sims 4" may be unexpected for many players, but there are already some people who have figured out that a new DLC pack involving the backyard will be released soon. iDigital Times has noted EA's Origin when it showed the product page of an upcoming "The Sims 4" DLC package. Some fans have captured screenshots of the said Origin product page, thus speculating that a new stuff pack right after "Kids Room Stuff" was released not too long ago. Many "Sims 4" players on Twitter did not hesitate to ask EA if a backyard-inspired stuff pack will be coming up this year, but the company said that the fans should wait for further announcements first.

"Backyard Stuff" is also expected to include new clothing styles, hairdos and accessories that will perfectly fit the total outdoor experience. The new items and personal styles will blend to the colorful summer feels, especially the new hairstyles and colors matching the summer. "The Sims 4" will now also have the new Lawn Water Slide, which will come in different designs.

More than a month ago, EA released a huge expansion pack for "The Sims 4" called "Dine Out," featuring new add-on allowing the Sim players to create their personalized restaurants and manage them according to their own style. The players can also take their Sims out to a restaurant and get the feel of a real-life resto experience. As reported by The Inquisitr, the Sims can act as a customer to dine at a resto and review its menu, or they can be the owner of the resto itself and manage the establishment.
