'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' news: Teresa says goodbye to Joe in episode 14; Melissa speaks on recent nose job revelation

Teresa struggles to say goodbye to her husband Joe in the upcoming episode of Bravo's hit reality show, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" season 7.

Titled "The Importance of Being Family," next week's episode will be emotionally charged, particularly for Teresa. According to the official synopsis from Bravo, Teresa tries to put on a brave face as she temporarily says goodbye to her husband Joe, who will be starting his 41-month prison sentence. Siggy takes a trip down to memory lane as she visits the Holocaust Memorial with her familyâ€”recounting details about her father's incredible journey to freedom.

Meanwhile, Dolores shops more goods as final touches for her housewarming party. In an unexpected turn of events, the last moments of the episode will give viewers a drop of hope for Jacqueline and Teresa's friendship.

On this week's episode, Melissa finally admitted that she has gotten a nose job after years of dodging questions and speculations about her surgery. During a dinner-cum-screaming match, Melissa's frenemy Jacqueline accused her of having four nose jobs. Melissa was infuriated but to eventually open up about it, all while still putting Jacqueline in her place. "Let's be honest, it's the worst-kept secret that I've had a nose job, but it's my secret to tell, not hers," Melissa said in the episode.

Speaking with The Daily Dish, Melissa mentioned that she was already expecting negative feedback from having a nose job. The 37-year-old reality star, however, also admitted that she's not ashamed of it.

"It's a personal thing," she explained. "It's not hurting anyone. It's your own business. Some people like to say, 'Hey, I injected this, tummy tucked this,' and that's fine, too. It's something that's personal to me. It's one of the very few things that is personal in my life at this point."
