'The Originals' season 4 premiere date, news, spoilers: Camille to return? Marcel aims to prevent Mikaelson siblings from coming back

The trailer for season 4 has been released, and it holds a lot of events to look forward to when it premieres this March. Meanwhile, the love of Klaus (Joseph Morgan) — Cami (Leah Pipes) — appears to have returned.
"The Originals" season 4 is slated to premiere this March, and the storyline begins five years from the day Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) locked Klaus up and put the rest of his siblings under a cursed sleep.
Since then, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) has been on a mission to bring back the Mikaelsons and to free the father of her daughter, Hope (Summer Fontana), who will be a powerful young girl when "The Originals" season 4 begins.
In the season 4 trailer, Hayley can be heard claiming, "After all this time, I am this close to getting them back."
It appears that Hayley is almost successful in finding the cure to bring the Mikaelsons back to life. However, the whole town of New Orleans, especially Marcel, is determined to stop this from happening.
Marcel tells a weak and chained up Klaus, "New Orleans' the city that you like to say you built — it's mine." But the trailer shows a strong Hayley taking on many enemies just to make sure that she fulfills her mission of saving the Mikaelsons from their unfortunate curse.
Meanwhile, "The Originals" season 4 also features the return of a beloved character — Camille.
As a distraught Klaus shouts out her name, Camille suddenly appears by his side. It is speculated that Camille will only be present on the show as part of Klaus' imagination. But with the show's endless possibilities with the supernatural and magical entities, it is possible that Cami has returned in a different form.
"The Originals" season 4 premieres on Friday, March 17, at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
