Nintendo has yet to announce the official release date of the highly anticipated "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" game, but multiple sources offer conflicting details about the game's release.

Previous reports claimed that Nintendo will push back the release of the 19th installment of "The Legend of Zelda" series in June this year because the game developer still needs more time to sort out several localization issues. Other sources, however, are now claiming that the Japanese gaming giant is reconsidering their schedule and will now release the upcoming title alongside the Nintendo Switch in March.

Both Eurogamer and LetsPlayVideoGames.com editor Laura Kate Dale report that Nintendo now plans to make "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" a Nintendo Switch launch title. However, the European publication claims that only those in North America and Japan could get their hands on the upcoming game upon the console's release because Nintendo of Europe might still need more time to fix the game's localization issues.

According to the report, Nintendo of Europe will still have to translate the upcoming game in multiple languages for a European release. This means that they might need to delay the game's European release to a later date.

Dale, on the other hand, claims that some of her sources from Europe say that the region will be able to get the upcoming "Zelda" game sometime in June.

While the release date of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" remains uncertain at the moment, early reports claimed that the game will be the first major "Zelda" game that will be released with a high-definition (HD) resolution. The upcoming game will also feature an open-world environment.

Nintendo has yet to confirm the official release date of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" in the coming days.
