'The Last Ship' season 3 episode 4 spoilers: Chandler infiltrates Chinese president's property; Slattery still in the hands of pirates

TNT's post-apocalyptic drama, "The Last Ship" season 3 is off to a good start, with the first few episodes finally giving answers to some of the loose ends in the story. Moving forward to the next episode, President Jeffrey Michener (Mark Moses) is still in hot water as the virus and its cure continue to tear the nations apart.
According to spoiler reports, this coming Sunday's episode will see the president in a very difficult situation. With the country's relationship with the Chinese not going well and XO Mike Slattery (Adam Baldwin) being kidnapped by pirates, he must work on a plan to bring order back. These complications started out when the Navy destroyer U.S.S. Nathan James and the rest of its crew embarked on a humanitarian mission and now six Navy men are still being held captive by bandits. Slattery and his team were on their way to Asia to facilitate the cure's distribution, but things got out of hand when the pirates managed to capture them.
Meanwhile, Chandler is currently at odds with the Chinese President Peng Wu (Fernando Chien) because Wu allegedly hoards the cure which is supposed to benefit other citizens as well. The American leader learned that the cure was not going to where it's supposed to, and he decided to have an investigation about it. The Chinese even threatened to wage war against the U.S. if they will keep intruding in their affairs, leaving Chandler in a complicated position.
As seen in the promo, Chandler makes a move to show Peng how serious he is by infiltrating his property. The president's decision will surely have grave consequences and with the Chinese leader known to not play fair, he will surely get his revenge.
The official synopsis for the upcoming episode "Devil May Care" reads:
"Chandler must confront his suspected new foe. Slattery learns more about the supposed virus mutation. Pressure mounts on President Michener as the situation worsens."
