'The Fosters' season 4 rumors: premiere date scheduled for July?

Reports of TV series renewals are pouring in these days, but lucky for "The Fosters" fans as Freeform (formerly known as ABC Family) already announced last year that the show will be returning for a fourth season, according to a report by Deadline last November. Along with the series renewal, fans expect a premiere date to pencil in their calendars. However, Freeform has not yet revealed any concrete details as far as release dates go.
While viewers are still awaiting a final word from the network, Bustle speculates that a June 2016 release is in order based upon how the previous seasons ran. Based upon the information from TV Guide, Freeform tends to split up every season of its series into two parts, making space in between for a good hiatus of a few months. So far, all three seasons of the American family drama TV series premiered the first part of the season in June, as it runs through part of August. The second part of the season then premiered in January up until March.
Despite the recent rumors spreading online, fans are advised to take them with a grain of salt. If the rumors were true, Freeform will be making their announcement anytime soon.
