'The Fosters' season 4 episode 14 spoilers: Stef is pushed to her breaking point; Noah Centineo hints new challenge for Jesus

Secrets push Stef (Teri Polo) to her breaking point on the upcoming episode of Freeform's "The Fosters" season 4.
Titled "Doors and Windows," next week's episode will see Stef's emotions get the best of her.
According to the official synopsis, Brandon (David Lambert) finally tells the truth to his parents and lets them know that he didn't get into Juilliard. His confession leads Stef to decide that she's fed up with all her kids' secrets. Out of frustration, she removes their bedroom doors. Meanwhile, Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) is still dealing with the trauma of Nick's (Louis Hunter) actions, so she seeks help from a therapist.
After seeing how Jesus (Noah Centineo) struggles with his physical therapy, Brandon learns that music might be a good way to help him get through it. Callie's (Maia Mitchell) biological father, Robert (guest star Kerr Smith, "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D"), is determined to get her out of juvie by helping her get the best lawyers. He brings in his highly-paid attorneys to handle his daughter's case, but his move stirs up a conflict with Lena (Sherri Saum) and Stef.
As fans know, Jesus' head injury was caused by a previous confrontation he had with Nick. Although he has already made it through brain surgery and woken up from a coma, fans may still be wondering how his traumatic brain injury (TBI) will affect him as the story moves forward. He obviously has to learn how to speak and walk again, but it's not the only challenge he has to deal with.
Centineo recently caught up with TV Guide, and he talked about the major problem Jesus will face in the future episodes. "He formulates thought very well," the actor explained. "It's getting it from his brain to his mouth, using two different parts of his body. It's sending signals and that's where the problem lies for Jesus," he added.
The fourth season of "The Fosters" airs every Tuesday night at 8 p.m. ET on Freeform.
