Earth-2 Wells (Tom Cavanagh) and Jesse (guest star Violett Beane) will return to Central City in the upcoming episode of The CW's hit superhero drama "The Flash" season 3.

Titled "Magenta," next week's episode will welcome two familiar characters make their way back to Central City. According to the official synopsis for episode 3, Barry (Grant Gustin) and the rest of Team Flash are ecstatic to reunite with Earth-2 Wells and Jesse. Wells tells Barry and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) that Jesse has all the powers of a speedster and uses it to save people on his Earth. Out of concern for her safety, Wells convinces them to talk Jesse out of using her speedster powers. Meanwhile, Magenta, (guest star Joey King) a new meta who has the power to control metal, wreaks havoc in the city.

In the previous episode "Paradox," the first moments of the show featured Barry learning that Iris (Candice Patton) and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) aren't speaking. As Barry goes about his day, he discovered more changes brought by Flashpoint. Cisco's (Carlos Valdes) brother was killed by a drunk driver and Diggle (David Ramsey) now has a son named John Diggle Jr. instead of a daughter.

The Legends of Tomorrow actually met an adult John Diggle, Jr. (played by Joseph David-Jones), who became the Green Arrow and went by the name Connor Hawke. Speaking with Comic Book, David-Jones revealed that there was some chatter about bringing his character back.

"I know that they're trying to put me back in there but I don't know what they're going to come up with or what even is going to happen with Connor Hawke, but I know they've been talking about potential different outcomes of it because they are planning on cycling out some of the cast from the ship," he said. "So I don't know what's going to happen, or if that timeline is still set until they actually do go back to the past."

The third season of "The Flash" airs every Tuesday night at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
