'The Elder Scrolls 6' rumors: Action game to come out in 2017?

There seem to be confusing reports in terms of the release date for the "Elder Scrolls 6" game. Rumor has it that a 2017 release is in order, while there are some sources pointing to a 2019 launch.
In an interview, vice president of Bethesda Softworks Pete Hines confirmed to Telegraph that "Elder Scrolls 6" is in the works. "It's rare to have franchises like the ones we have and to have people joking about 'when is Skyrim 2 coming out?' The reason they say that is because generally speaking that's what you'd be getting with another publisher in charge. They'd be spitting out a Skyrim 2 the year after or two years later. That's just not how we view it. We're not the sort of publisher that focuses on 'what's our 25 titles for 2015'," he said.
Hines shed light to a planned release date for the game in an interview with DualShockers at the Gamescom 2015. Unfortunately, a 2016 release might not be too realistic because Bethesda's hands are currently full with the development of "Fallout 4." As noted by the report, "Hines mentioned that he doesn't think we're close to hear about the next Elder Scrolls. Currently Bethesda is working on Fallout 4, and that takes the entire studio, which is 100 percent focused on it."
As far as the title goes, "Elder Scrolls 6" is debated to be entitled "Skyrim 2." There are also speculations that it might be named "Argonia" or "Redwood." For the location of the game, the two options include Valenwood or Elsweyr.
Just recently, Bethesda's game director Todd Howard announced that the company is in the middle of producing three major projects. However, he was tight-lipped if one of the projects he was pertaining to include "Elder Scrolls 6." "They're a long way off. I think the larger point was, no-one should expect to hear about those anytime soon," Todd said via Gameindustry.biz. "We always overlap projects. We just have more going on now than we had before."
