'The Elder Scrolls 6' release date news update: New installment may not come out until 2019?
New reports have surfaced that the rumored new installment of "The Elder Scrolls" series may not be released in years despite excitement fans' show.

Several reports have been circulating all over the Internet that the upcoming fifth sequel of the action role-playing open world fantasy video game will be launched by game developer Bethesda Softworks. The unveiling is said to happen at the Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016 event, which will happen from June 14 to 16 in Los Angeles, California. However, the company has yet to provide any significant hint or details about the upcoming game. This leads fans to believe that the game will not be rolled out this year.
The company has already shown little interest in the development of the "The Elder Scrolls 6." During his earlier interview with the Telegraph, the game developer's vice president of PR and marketing, Pete Hines dismissed all rumors regarding the development of the new title.
"It's rare to have franchises like the ones we have and to have people joking about 'when is 'Skyrim 2' coming out?'" Hines explained during the interview. "The reason they say that is because generally speaking that's what you'd be getting with another publisher in charge. They'd be spitting out a 'Skyrim 2' the year after or two years later. That's just not how we view it. We're not the sort of publisher that focuses on 'what's our 25 titles for 2015?'"
Apparently, Bethesda's plan is to make sure they deliver better expansions and improvements on their current titles rather than developing a new one.
"Our approach to that hasn't differed. Here and there we might change our approach to how it's presented but we've still stuck to who we are," Bethesda's PR vice president said.
In a report by Itech Post, Bethesda is currently busy with their current game, "Fallout 4." Fans may have to wait until 2019 before the company decides to release "The Elder Scrolls.
