'The Elder Scrolls 6' release date news: Bethesda is making a big announcement during E3 2016?

"The Elder Scrolls 6" has been talked about all over the Internet for quite a long time now. Many fans say that the game might get released late this year or early next year. However, the game developer, Bethesda, has recently announced that their main focus as of the moment is on "Fallout 4." Does it mean that the company has no plan of developing a new installment of "The Elder Scrolls?" Nobody knows for now.

Nevertheless, new rumors have emerged that Bethesda is planning on making a big announcement during this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016. Fans could be in for a big surprise.

As of now, nothing is certain with regard to the release of "The Elder Scrolls 6," but fans are keeping it positive with high hopes that Bethesda's announcement during E3 2016 in June includes the much-anticipated 5th sequel of the game.

All information related to the game has been quite confusing for so many fans of the Elder Scrolls franchise. There are reports suggesting a sure release, while some reports state that "Skyrim 2" is never going to happen.

During an interview with the Telegraph in 2015, Bethesda's Pete Hine confirmed that the next installment is definitely going to be released anytime soon. However, he clarified in another interview that the game may happen in 2017 since they are currently working on another project.

Meanwhile, the game director, Todd Howard, who previously said that Bethesda is currently working on "three crazy projects" have also backpedaled from his statement.

"I should have never said a number because we have so many things," Howard said during an Interview with Game Industry. "You could add it up in different ways. You could say it's bigger or smaller. They're a long way off. I think the larger point was, no one should expect to hear about those anytime soon. We always overlap projects. We just have more going on now than we had before."

As of now, only Bethesda can confirm if the rumors are true or not. Until then, fans will have to take all the information with a grain of salt.
