'The Blacklist' season 4 spoilers: Red tracks down one of Alexander Kirk's allies; Liz learns more about her family in episode 3
Red (James Spader) will resort to extreme measures in order to hunt down one of Alexander Kirk's allies in the upcoming episode of NBC's hit mystery drama "The Blacklist" season 4.
Titled "Miles McGrath," Red will be teaming up with the Task Force as they take extreme measures to hunt down Miles McGrath (Tate Ellington), an important ally of Alexander Kirk (Ulrich Thomsen). Known as a "criminal incubator," McGrath helps Kirk by financing crimes for profit. Meanwhile, Liz's (Megan Boone) search for answers will lead her to learn more about her family.
As season 4 progresses, more mysteries about Liz's childhood and backstory will be unraveled. Fans can remember back in season 4 episode 2 that Kirk took Liz to a place he calls the "Summer Palace." While in the area, Liz began to recall some memories of her life living in that house. She also managed to remember the "time machine" her mother gave to her, which she previously buried in the backyard. Kirk also told her that the childhood memories she knew about were just lies made up by Red to cover up for the fact that he kidnapped her when she was just a little girl.
A promo for episode 3 has been released, featuring the intense events up ahead. In the short clip, Liz was asking Red for any information that could help her in searching for her child Agnes. After claiming that he'll "handle it" on his own, Red appeared to be on a warpath and does not show any hesitation in killing anyone who tries to get between him and Kirk. Red's rival, however, will not make it easy for him to find Agnes."I'll die before I ever let you hold my granddaughter again," Kirk warns Red at some point in the video.
The fourth season of "The Blacklist" airs every Thursday night at 10 p.m. EST on NBC.
