'The Blacklist' season 4 episode 7 spoilers: Liz makes a crucial decision, Aram gets closer to Samar

Liz (Megan Boone) must make a crucial decision in the upcoming episode of NBC's mystery action-drama "The Blacklist" season 4.
Titled "Dr. Adrian Shaw," this week's episode will see Liz in a very tough spot. According to the official synopsis for episode 7, Red (James Spader) directs the Task Force to track down yet another fugitive. This time, they must stop an individual who helps criminals on the run by providing them new identities as they go into hiding. As Alexander Kirk's (Ulrich Thomsen) health problem worsens, Liz asks guidance from Cooper (Harry Lennix) about a crucial decision she has to make.
Since Kirk is suffering from a rare blood disease, spoiler reports say that it will appear to get worse in the next episode. While desperately avoiding to get caught by the authorities, Kirk must fight to survive from his condition. Kirk will become more determined to escape as his illness worsens, putting more pressure on Red as he does everything in his power to stop his nemesis from getting to Liz.
In the previous episode, Aram (Amir Arison) finally found out that his girlfriend was the mole. Speaking with Entertainment Weekly's Spoiler Room, executive producer John Eisendrath hinted that this new development will bring Aram closer to Samar (Mozhan Marnò). After realizing his mistake, Aram's relationship with Samar is bound to take a different and unexpected turn.
"Aram made such a bad choice," Eisendrath told the publication. "Yes, the fact he made that choice is going to impact his relationship with Samar. In the latter half of the season, the dynamic that Samar and Aram have had, where he has sort of pined for her and she has sort of been romantically indifferent to him, will change."
Keep tuning in to "The Blacklist" season 4 airing every Thursday night at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.
