'The Blacklist' season 4 episode 4 spoilers news: Tom goes rogue to save Agnes; Liz and Task Force track down eco-terrorist connected to Alexander Kirk

To save his daughter Agnes, Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) will go rogue and track down Alexander Kirk (Ulrich Thomsen) on his own in the upcoming episode of NBC's action drama "The Blacklist" season 4.
Titled "Gaia," this week's episode will feature Red (James Spader) and Liz Keen (Megan Boone) work together to track down an associate of Kirk who can help the team track his current location. Tom, however, is not satisfied with their strategy so he sets out on a mission alone and finds pieces of evidence pointing to the whereabouts of his kidnapped daughter.
To give viewers an idea of what to expect next week, the official synopsis for episode 4 reads:
"As Red (James Spader) sets Liz (Megan Boone) and the Task Force on the trail of an eco-terrorist with a mysterious connection to Alexander Kirk, Tom (Ryan Eggold) takes matters into his own hands."
Back in episode 3, the show finally revealed the reason why Kirk abducted Liz and Agnes. As it turns out, Red's nemesis wants more than an innocent family reunion. Suffering from a rare blood-related illness that usually affects the male members of his family, Kirk is now dying and needs regular blood transfusions from a direct relative to survive. Liz may have gotten away, but her daughter with Tom is still in danger with Kirk.
The story also delved deeper into Liz's past and Reds connection with her parents were also revealed in last week's episode. Liz discovered her mother Katarina's (Lotte Verbeek) journal after she broke into an FBI agent's office, giving her more details about herself. While reading it, she found out that her mother had romantic feelings for Red. Similar to Tom's situation, she was assigned to Red but eventually fell head over heels for him.
