The premiere episode of the tenth season of Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady's hit TV sitcom "The Big Bang Theory" will begin with a lovely and intimate union between Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki).

To recap, the couple first exchanged vows in Vegas. The decision made at the spur of the moment meant that their friends and loved ones couldn't witness their wedding. Last season, the couple decided to renew their vows, this time, in the presence of their loved ones.

Showrunner Steve Molaro told The Hollywood Reporter that the wedding will take place outdoors, at an arboretum in Pasedum. He says, "It's nice, and despite all the weirdness going on around it, you still have Leonard and Penny, who still love each other, and those pockets of love find a way of bubbling through the tension." Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) will be officiating the wedding.

Fans can see the recently released promotional photos for season 10, revealing Penny and Leonard's intimate wedding ceremony.

The premiere episode is a special one indeed. Fans can get to know a little more about the Omaha-raised protagonist. Although fans should not expect to get to know her maiden name anytime soon, they are surely excited to know more about Penny's family. Katey Segal will be portraying Penny's mother Susan. Meanwhile, her meth dealer brother Randall will be portrayed by Jack McBrayer. Penny's dad Wyatt, who is portrayed by Keith Carradine, will once again make an appearance this season.

When asked about the possibility of two weddings next season, Molaro played coy with THR. Initially he said, "A ceremony takes place. It may not be as conventional as planned, but a ceremony will take place." Later on, when the news outlet asked if there could be two weddings, the showrunner said, "I don't know!"

"The Big Bang Theory" season 10 will return to CBS on Monday, Sept 19, at 8 p.m. EDT.
