'The Big Bang Theory' season 10 episode 7 spoilers: Amy lies to Sheldon, Penny decorates Sheldon's old room

In order to continue living with Sheldon (Jim Parsons), Amy (Mayim Bialik) lies to him about the repairs still being made to her apartment in the upcoming episode of the hit CBS sitcom "The Big Bang Theory" season 10.
Titled "The Veracity Elasticity," tonight's episode will see Amy's determination to stay with Sheldon. According to the official synopsis for episode 7, Amy tries to stay with Sheldon a little longer by lying to him about the repairs in her apartment. Also, the couple hosts an "on location" episode of "Fun with Flags" in Penny's (Kaley Cuoco) apartment. Meanwhile, Leonard (Johnny Galecki) learns that his wife has been secretly moving his collections into storage. To distract Penny and get back his stuff, Leonard lets her decorate Sheldon's old room.
The stars' contracts are up for renewal early next year, and actor Kunal Nayyar announced that he is still on board despite cancellation rumors surrounding the program. The actor, who plays astrophysicist Raj Koothrappali on the show, recently said in an interview that the CBS sitcom is "the happiest place on Earth" and the ensemble cast is still committed to return for another season.
"As an artist that is a difficult thing to do as obviously you want to keep things fresh and you want to have the ability to explore other characters," the 35-year-old told Daily News. "But as a human being, being on the show is the happiest place in the world. So if this were the rest of my life, and if I could make a living as an actor being surrounded by such talented and wonderful people and co-workers who are more than but are family, then absolutely yes."
Back in August, CBS President Glenn Geller remained confident that the sitcom's 10th season would not be its last. "We are very confident that everyone involved wants more 'Big Bang' past year 10," the exec said. "I know Warner Bros will make those deals. We'll put it on for as long as everyone wants 'Big Bang' on the air. I hope it lasts forever."
Keep tuning in to "The Big Bang Theory" season 10 airing every Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
