'The Affair' season 3 spoilers: Shifts in POV; Helen visits Noah in prison in episode 2
In the second season of Showtime's TV drama series "The Affair," viewers will see the story told from different perspectives, similar to what it did in the past seasons. Though the season premiere only teased the story from Noah Solloway's (Dominic West) point of view, various characters such as Helen Solloway (Maura Tierney), Alison Lockhart (Ruth Wilson), and Cole Lockhart (Joshua Jackson) will be given the chance to narrate the tale from their perspective.

A synopsis released by TV Guide for episode 2 revealed how devastated Helen is when her ex-husband Noah demands for a "stern request." In the upcoming episode, Helen and Vik (Omar Metwally) are going to reassess their relationship. As for Alison, she must face her worst fears when she returns to Montauk after a terrible crisis.
In the trailer for episode 2, which is titled "Where are the kids?," Helen can be seen visiting Noah in prison. Noah has a bruised eye, and he seems quite annoyed at his ex-wife. Though Helen tells her former partner that she can't bear seeing him in that condition, he quickly evades what she said and goes straight to the point. He asks, "Where are the kids?" When Helen gives Noah an update on what their kids have been up to, he cuts her off and tells her, "Look around you, look at all these kids. Over there and over there. A lot of them come twice a week. They drive for hours. The mothers get them here. It's not that difficult."
Helen then explains to her ex-husband that they do not like going to prison to visit him.
In the teaser released by Showtime, viewers were able to see that Alison left her daughter at Cole and Luisa's (Catalina Sandino Moreno) care. When she asks to see her daughter, the supposed guardians deny her of her right.
"The Affair" season 3 airs on Sundays at 10 p.m. EST on Showtime.
