'The 100' season 4 spoilers, plot news: Octavia shows different side following Lincoln's death, Will she ever make amends with Bellamy?

The CW's post-apocalyptic drama series "The 100" wrapped up its third season with an emotional episode last May, and viewers are anxiously waiting to see what lies ahead for the rest of the characters in season 4.

Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) will possibly have a difficult time next season as she continues to reel from Lincoln's (Ricky Whittle) execution. She must face her personal struggles, but her search for a way to cope with her loneliness will lead her to the dark side. "She's at odds with her own brother because Octavia and Bellamy were sort of enemies this season because he was on Pike's side and he was faced with a lot of difficult decisions," Avgeropoulos said in an interview with IGN. "She's always in conflict about what to do [and] at the end of the day she's at conflict with the decision of family. Bellamy's the only family Octavia has. It's going to be tough for her next season."

Bellamy's portrayer, Bob Morley also hopes for the best for the siblings, specially since they need each other's support more than ever. The actor is optimistic about the relationship between the Blakes, but only if Octavia decides to open up to her brother. However, a reconciliation between the two might be far from reach since she still needs time to grieve, and being with Bellamy will only make matters worse.

According to CarterMatt, more details are expected from the cast and crew of "The 100" since the show has been confirmed to have a Q & A panel in the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con 2016. The series is scheduled for July 22 at 12:30 p.m. and it will surely be interesting for fans as series creator Jason Rothenberg will also attend the event. This will be the first time that Rothenberg will make a public appearance since Lexa's death earlier this year.
