'Tekken 7' PS4 and Xbox One release date rumors: Launch scheduled for this year?
Fans of the popular arcade video game "Tekken 7" have been eagerly waiting to be able to play the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. However, there are no official statements given regarding the date that people can play the game on other platforms. Some rumors have it that "Tekken 7" might be available to Xbox One and PS4 users during the second quarter, or if bumped a little, during the third quarter of the year.

According to reports, Bandai Namco, the company behind the successful "Tekken" video game series, will not be in the PSX gaming event where thousands of fans go to and gather for some latest and exciting news about the newest games and game updates in the electronic entertainment world. However, there could be no other way for the company to announce the PS4 and Xbox One release of "Tekken 7."
The rumors that "Tekken 7" will be made available for PS4 and Xbox One users have started spreading since last year, but Bandai Namco kept mum regarding the said rumor. Fans have been demanding for the game to be made playable in other gaming platforms which more people have access to.
Unfortunately, up to this date, there were no official announcements or even small mentions regarding the anticipated release of "Tekken 7" in PS4 and Xbox One, even though one time during the Paris Games Week last October, this rumor was addressed along with possible PlayStation virtual reality experience in the future.
On the other hand, the latest and updated version of "Tekken 7" called "Fated Retribution" will be out in the U.S. in July. On Tekken's official Facebook page, the list of tour dates for "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" has been posted, where some places around the world will have the opportunity to play the game first before its official launching sometime this year.
