'Teen Wolf' season 6 update and spoilers: New opening credits revealed; Stiles disappears

"Teen Wolf" is coming to an end but fans can still savor its last moments with season 6 which is expected to come with a lots of change. The first new thing that fans will notice are the opening credits.
As revealed in MTV, the show will feature a new introduction. This time around, it's going to show the Beacon Hills parents in the opening credits. Those getting the spotlight at the beginning of the show include Tyler Posey (Scott), Dylan O' Brien (Stiles), Holland Roden (Lydia), Shelley Hennig (Malia) and Dylan Sprayberry (Liam).
The new additions include Linden Ashby (Sheriff Stilinski), Melissia Ponzio (Melisa) and JR Bourne (Chris). It's noted that Arden Cho's character, Kira, is no longer part of the opening credits. Aside from this, it can also be observed that some of the scenes came with footage from the previous seasons including the first season. It's easy to tell that the show intended it that way since it's already going to have its last run.
It seems like "Teen Wolf" is trying to get everybody nostalgic before the show finally closes. This is nothing to worry about though since fans can indulge with the new season's 20 episodes. They will also meet new villain, the Ghost Riders, who can erase memories and even the existence of people. This will open the storyline for Stiles, who will be missing in the first few episodes because of the Ghost Riders.
This is also to accommodate Stiles' schedule since he will be filming for the "Maze Runner: The Death Cure." He got into an accident last year so he will need to keep up with shooting.
"This was partly a way to keep him with in the show, keep his character important and alive and also to make — it was part of the saying goodbye to the series as well," showrunner Jeff Davis told International Business Times during the New York Comic Con.
Spoilers also reveal that Stiles disappearance will trigger something in Lydia. She may finally be able to realize her feelings for Stiles.
"Teen Wolf" season 6 will premiere tonight, Nov. 15, at 9 p.m. EST on MTV.
