'Teen Wolf' season 6 release date, spoilers news: Producer Jeff Davis confirms Dylan O' Brien's return, casting underway for O' Brien's double
MTV's much-anticipated series "Teen Wolf" is all set to premiere later this year for its sixth season, and fans will surely see more interesting episodes and a new storyline.

Rumor has it that season 6 will see the return of a familiar face: Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin). The character left Beacon Hills Back in season 4, and Hoechlin finally addressed the rumors about him making his way back to the series.
"I would love to make everybody cheer and be happy right now," the actor said via Hypable. "I don't have any plans to right now. I kind of feel like where we left the character, at least, when I knew it was going that way, kind of wrapped it up in the passing of the baton on to Scott, is just kind of how I felt like that story ended. I don't know in which way he would come back into this world, exactly." Hoechlin later on clarified that he is open to coming back anytime in the future.
In other casting-related news, the show is currently searching for a Dylan O' Brien look-a-like for the upcoming season. Stiles' portrayer O' Brien is still recovering from his on-set injuries while filming for the latest installment of "The Maze Runner" franchise, and the casting call might only be for flashback scenes. Producer Jeff Davis already confirmed in an interview last month that the young actor will not be recast, and he will be back to reprise his role for season 6. "No, we aren't replacing Stiles," Davis told Creative132. "Dylan O'Brien will be back to film soon. he can't do any stunts and we're talking with Wes Ball, the producer of The Maze Runner, we hope to get him back on Teen Wolf to film, while being injured, but the thing is, he wants to film, he's in perfect condition. But he's just not doing fine enough to do any stunts."
"Teen Wolf" season 6 is expected to premiere sometime in November 2016 on MTV.
