'Teen Wolf' season 6 news, update: Dylan O'Brien's appeaance in new season gets delayed

One of the lead stars of the hit MTV supernatural TV series "Teen Wolf" was previously rumored to skip the sixth season due to the injuries he sustained in taping an upcoming movie. Luckily, Dylan O'Brien seems to have fully recovered as of the moment and is ready to reprise his role as Stiles.
To recall, O'Brien met an accident while filming a stunt in the upcoming "The Maze Runner" sequel, "The Death Cure," and his condition has barred him from appearing on his other TV and movie commitments. The fans were very worried that his popular character in "Teen Wolf" would no longer appear in Season 6 as O'Brien's health status was still unclear back then. Fortunately, it was finally confirmed that the actor will return for the upcoming season, but the fans cannot expect his character to be present in the whole run of Season 6.
According to Yibada, O'Brien needed a sufficient time to fully recover from his injuries before going back to the show. While recuperating, the "Teen Wolf" production has already begun filming the first few episodes of the sixth episode. Thus, it can be expected that Stiles will be missing in action for at most half of the duration of Season 6.
Enstarz reported "Teen Wolf" executive producer Jeff Davis saying that he and his team has a lot in store for the fans, and most of the exciting stuff in the upcoming season involves O'Brien's character. Given that Season 6 might be the last chapter of the popular MTV series, the team had to give their all to offer the fans a nice treat.
"When we realized this might be the last season, we wanted to make sure we brought back these relationships. We definitely wanted Peter Hale back to see the relationship between Peter and Malia and what other trouble Peter could get into, and we also have some great scenes between Peter and Stiles. I wanted to see again and Ian and Dylan (O'Brien) have some great stuff this season so we'll see," Davis stated.
The disappearance of Stiles in the first half of the season will be explained with the introduction of the new villain called the Ghost Rider. According to Inquisitr, the Ghost Rider is a very dangerous antagonist in the show as he has the ability to erase people from existence as if his victim has never existed at all in this world. It was revealed that Stiles might have been marked by the Ghost Rider and is threatened to be totally vanquished. There will be a lot of people who will forget Stiles in the process, except for Lydia (Holland Roden).
It is estimated that Stiles will not be seen in the Season 6 premiere of "Teen Wolf" on November 15. O'Brien is only expected to appear in the second half of the season, possibly after the New Year at the earliest.
