'Supernatural' Season 10 Free Live Stream, Plot Spoilers: Sam Tries To Save Dean From The Mark Of Cain

A new episode in the 10th season of "Supernatural" is due to air today at 9/8c on The CW, and it will see Sam (Jared Padalecki) trying to save Dean (Jensen Ackles) from being consumed by the Mark of Cain.
As for the rest of the synopsis in the episode titled "Soul Survivor," Crowley (played by Mark Sheppard) will finally realize that Dean as the demon constitutes one big problem for him. He will then strike an alliance with an unusual partner -- Castiel (played by Misha Collins).
In the previous episode we saw Crowley took possession of the First Blade from Sam. In return, Crowley handed Dean over to Sam. In the promo video for the upcoming episode Dean is seen handcuffed to a chair -- the same position he found himself last week.
As for the confrontation between the brothers that has been brewing for some time, it will finally happen in this episode. As the promo video hints, it is going to be a brutal one. As expected it starts with a war of words. Sam appears to release Dean, leading the latter to hunt Sam in a building. Dean, while looking for his brother, says: "Blame yourself for me getting loose. I won't leave till I find you and finish this game."
TV Line quotes one of the executive producers' Robert Singer as stating that "Dean gets to the point where Sam has to pull him back from an edge."
He also adds that in "Soul Survivor," viewers will find themselves face to face with a part of Dean they have not seen so far in the show.
Finally TV Line reports Ackles stating that "Sam will be able to cure Dean but will not be able to rid him of the Mark of Cain."
Jensen Ackles will be directing the "Soul Survivor" episode which was written by Brad Buckner and Eugenie Ross-Leming.
