Netflix's summer hit "Stranger Things" returns for its second season next year, along with a new mystery and additional characters. After Netflix announced the episode titles for the upcoming season, speculations on how every episode will play out recently surfaced.

"Madmax" might be a reference to the new character who will team up with Mike and the Hawkins gang in their quest to shut down Dr. Brenner and his little experiment. Earlier this month, TV Line reported a casting call for Max, a tough and tomboyish young girl who uses her skateboard "to get around everywhere."

"The Boy Who Came Back To Life" will possibly delve deeper into Will's disappearance and why he was seen hacking up slugs in the season 1 finale, while "The Pumpkin Patch" might be a Halloween episode. "The Palace" is rumored to be connected to King Tristan from Mike's Dungeons & Dragon's campaign in the past season, while "The Storm" could be a reference to a major electrical storm caused by the Upside-Down's gate as it begins to become weaker.

Additionally, "The Pollywog" can be linked to a fictional monster from Dungeons & Dragons , while "The Secret Cabin" may be related to the gang being in a secret hideaway.  "The Brain" is speculated to feature Eleven's telekinesis power, while "The Lost Brother" might hint the loss of yet another character.

Meanwhile, Matarazzo recently opened up about his life dealing with Cleidocranial Dysplasia, a rare genetic disease which his character Dustin also suffers from. "There's a one in a million chance that you have of getting it—most likely you get it from a parent, but it just happened for me," he told People magazine. "I have a very mild case so it doesn't affect me as much, but it can be a very difficult condition to have."

According to the 14-year-old, being open about his condition inspired others with the same condition. "A lot of people were messaging me saying, 'You made me feel better about myself, that you can show that you have this condition on TV and embrace it,'" he added. "I feel like I'm raising awareness for it. It makes me feel good."

The second season of "Stranger Things" is expected to premiere on 2017.
