Source: Kim Jong Un Injured Leg In Military Exercise

As questions regarding the health of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un continue to swirl, a source close to the government says the leader remains in full control of the country, and has been out of the public eye as he tends to a leg injury.
The source close to the North Korean leader recently told Reuters that Un was recently injured while doing military practices with soldiers in the country.
"He ordered all the generals to take part in drills and he took part too. They were crawling and running and rolling around, and he pulled a tendon," the anonymous source told Reuters.
"He injured his ankle and knee around late August or early September while drilling because he is overweight. He limped around in the beginning but the injury worsened," the source added.
A previous news report from the country indicated the leader had surgeries on both ankles, although the reason for the surgeries was not reported.
Rumors have continued to swirl regarding Jong Un's health after the North Korean leader had not been spotted in public for over a month. The state-run KCNA news station, which usually reports on Kim Jong Un's events in great details, has not mentioned him in the past month.
Some sources were beginning to suggest that there was a power struggle in Pyongyang, and Kim Jong Un's sister, Kim Yo Jong, had actually taken over leadership of the country. Anonymous sources have shot down these rumors, arguing that Kim Jong Un is still very much in power.
