'Sons of Anarchy' Finale Spoilers, Plot News: Episode Sees Jax's Dying On His Father's Bike?

In its final episode, "Sons of Anarchy" delivered what many had guessed since the season began: That Jax (Charlie Hunnam) would die in the end.
While Jax's body was not shown on screen, his death came about when he collided with a truck labeled with the title of the episode "Papa's Goods."
The episode, which was almost entirely centered on Jax, started with him waking up next to Wendy. From that moment on, it was clear that something huge was going to happen to him that day. He then set about planning what should be done to his assets. After which he visited Tara's grave, kissed the headstone and left his wedding ring there.
Following this, Jax and the rest of SAMCRO took care of business by settling scores with the rival Irish gang and killing those who stood in their way. He then convinced Chibs (Tommy Flanagan) that they had to go through with the Mayhem vote. He also hinted that Chibs had to ensure that all SAMCRO members vote in favor of Jax meeting Mr. Mayhem. Then Jax killed Barosky (Peter Weller) and August Marks (Billy Brown).
As Chibs prepared for the Mayhem vote, he broke up with Jarry (Annabeth Gish) in less than amicable fashion and they went their separate ways. In the Mayhem vote that followed all members of SAMCRO voted that Jax should be killed. But they could not go through with it and instead concocted a story that he escaped on his father's bike. Then Chibs took over as president of SAMCRO and Tig (Kim Coates) was installed as the vice-president.
However, by then the cops had found Gemma's and Unser's bodies and were also on the lookout for Jax for the double homicide of Barosky and Marks. As they chased Jax on his father's bike, he saw the truck labeled "Papa's Goods" and decided to kill himself just like what his father did by riding headlong into it.
