'Silicon Valley' season 3 episode 9 spoilers: Richard brings Pied Piper closer to its users, Gavin gets help from new face to reclaim his former glory

HBO's fan-favorite comedy series "Silicon Valley" only has two episodes left in its third season, and fans will see crazier episodes as the show nears its finale.
To recap, the previous episode "Bachman's Earning's Over-Ride" saw the success of the Pied Piper app, clocking in 100, 000 downloads in just a span of 10 days. The team's project also received attention from the media, hailing their new endeavor as the tech industry's next unicorn. Everything seemed to be turning out fine, but Erlich almost revealed that he no longer owns a share in Pied Piper during a Bloomberg interview. Richard found out what happened and he threatened to release a press statement, in order to give the company a better image at the expense of Erlich's reputation. The app was eventually allowed to enter the Hooli App Store.
Next week's penultimate episode will see the gang trying to keep it together after the success of their project. The official synopsis for episode 9 titled "Daily Active Users" reads:
"Upon discovering some surprising stats, Richard attempts to bridge the gap between Pied Piper and its users, leading Jared to take drastic measures to hold everything together. Gavin learns secrets about the competition and decides to bring in a new face to reclaim his former glory."
As seen in the promo clip, a lot of people seem freaked out about the new platform. Dinesh thinks they are currently in a tough spot, so the team makes an effort to bring the app closer to its users and "explain how cool the platform is". However, the solution they thought of did not reach everyone's expectations, with Erlich clearly displeased.
Who will be the new face to help Gavin? How will Jared keep everything together? Find out when "Silicon Valley" airs this coming June 19, Sunday at 10 p.m. EST on HBO.
