'Sherlock' Season 4 release date, spoilers news: Toby Jones joins cast for mysterious role, shooting rumored for Morocco, premiere set for January 2017

Hit BBC series "Sherlock" has been confirmed to return to the small screen next year, and fans are itching to know what the master of deduction has in store for season 4.
Co-creator Steven Moffat previously told IGN that the reason behind the long wait is to ensure the show's quality which continues to improve over the years. "You know, we'll do what we can, but with no sacrifice in quality—that's the thing. If people have to wait two years, they'll have to wait two years," Moffat said.
Production is currently ongoing, and reports say that the cast and crew are packing their bags to shoot in Morroco. Filming began in Cardiff back in April, and there are speculations that the show will have a new and exotic setting when they fly out to foreign territories.
As for casting news, Toby Jones has recently been confirmed to be on board for season 4. "I'm excited and intrigued by the character I shall be playing in Sherlock," Jones said in a press statement. The celebrated British actor will be introduced in episode 2 and Moffat expressed how excited he was to see him bring life to "one of Doyle's finest villains." Jones' role is yet to be announced, but there are speculations on the character he will portray. He might play as Adelbert Gruner, a killer and sadistic Baron who "collects women" and writes his experiences in a book, or Dr. Roylott who has a major confrontation with Sherlock following the mysterious death of his child.
Tom Hiddleston is rumored to join the show as well, and he is said to portray the third Holmes brother named Sherrinford. However, execs still has not yet confirmed if the speculations are true.
