Hit FOX series "Scream Queens" ended its freshman run a few months ago, and fans are already anticipating to see more of Chanel Oberlin and her henchwomen.

Chanel (Emma Roberts) and her friends checked into a mental hospital during the season 1 finale, which means the next season will also be set there. Apparently, Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) runs the said asylum/hospital. "Dean Munch has abolished the Greek system and has written her book and travels the world and needs a new mission," said executive producer Brad Falchuk last March. "She identifies health care as her new battle and decides to buy a hospital and run it how she sees fit."

As for the casting, one familiar face will miss the second season of the show — Diego Boneta. The actor confirmed it himself, explaining that he has to focus on other projects. "It was honestly such an amazing platform for me and such a great experience that it gave me these movies I'm working on right now. So, unfortunately, I won't be going back for the second season because of that," he said.

Roberts, who plays the role of the former president of Kappa Kappa Tau, gave her take on who should guest star next season. "I hope Glen Powell is coming back," she said in a recent interview. Powell plays the character of Chad Radwell, Chanel's on-and-off boyfriend. "I love, love, love Chanel and Chad. I think there's going to be a lot of new love interests of the show," she added, but was cautious enough not to give too much details, saying, "I'm not sure who."

As expected, the 25-year-old actress can't reveal anything about the plot but she expressed her excitement in going back to the show. "I love those girls so much so I can't wait to get back on set with them," Roberts said. Chanel is known for her stylish outfits last season, but since the next chapter will be set in an asylum, fans are curious of how she will channel her inner fashionista there. Unfortunately, even Roberts don't know yet, saying, "I don't know. I'm wondering what the outfits are going to look like. Mental hospital chic. If anyone can do it she can."

FOX has yet to announce the official premiere date for "Scream Queens" season 2 but if it follows the season 1 schedule, it will likely premiere later this year.
