"Scream Queens" season 2 is all set for its much-awaited Fall premiere, and a new trailer featuring the Chanels in a mental asylum setting has been released.

In the 30-second clip, the ladies must now say goodbye to their designer clothes as Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) hands them their ordinary and shapeless scrubs. Newcomers John Stamos and Taylor Lautner were also seen in the clip, strutting their stuff as the dashing  resident doctors in the hospital. The video briefly shows a mysterious character in the gurney whose face was covered in bandages.

Zayday's portrayer Keke Palmer recently caught up with Toofab where she shared details on the upcoming season. "We're on the 3rd episode. We're happy to be back in L.A., on the Paramount lot, which brings back a lot of good memories for me from 'True Jackson, VP,'" the actress said. "This season is totally different, we're not in the school anymore, it's been a couple of years later, we're now in a hospital and it's a totally different type of vibe."

Zayday is now teaming up with her season 1 enemy Dean Munsch to achieve a common goal in making the world a better place. She is now on her way to becoming a doctor since she always wanted to help other people. "She's trying to save lives, as opposed to the feeling she got when she saw all those people die last season," Palmer continued. "I think that's such a cool aspect of the show, even though it's a hyperreality type of joint, it follows how they're affected by the deaths of last season. She's teamed up with Dean Munsch to help her create this hospital that is all about curing diseases that the world has deemed incurable."

Tune in to the season 2 premiere of "Scream Queens" on Tuesday, Sept. 20 on Fox.
