With almost a month before FOX's hit thriller drama "Scream Queens" returns to the small screen, posters for the much-hyped season 2's characters have been officially released.

The show will have a mental asylum setting this coming season and the latest posters suggest that no one is safe. Hester Ulrich (Lea Michele) is seen running a knife through her brown locks while Dr. Cassidy Cascade (Taylor Lautner) holds a machete. Zayday traded her trendy hats for scrubs since she is now training to be a doctor. Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis), who is in charge of running the hospital, appears to be holding a blood bag while the Candy Striper (James Earl) carries a plate full of human organs.

Through an Instagram post, "Arrow" and "Teen Wolf" star Colton Hayes shared a first look of his mysterious character in "Scream Queens." The candid shot shows Hayes sitting on set while talking to Billie Lourd, Abigail Breslin and Emma Roberts. "I am having such an amazing time on this show with ppl who are too talented for their own good! Jamie is one of the sweetest people I've ever met & has embraced me like I'm her own son. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ #screamqueensseason2," the caption read.

The actor also posed with the show's latest addition, Laura Bell Bundy, wherein he wore a hospital gown. Details about his role are still being kept under wraps but based on the recent on-set photos, he could be a patient in the hosptal.

Roberts also posted an Instagram photo of her with co-star Glen Powell while taking a break from filming. "CHAD + CHANEL 4EVA #screamqueens @screamqueensfox," the caption read.

Powell plays the role of Chanel's love interest, Chad Radwell, but it remains to be seen how their relationship will change when she moves to the hospital. Roberts previously teased that either of the two new cast members, Lautner and John Stamos, will be her new love interest.

Catch the season 2 premiere of "Scream Queens" on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 9 p.m. EDT on FOX.
