The Green Meanie's true identity is revealed in the upcoming episode of Fox's slasher dramedy "Scream Queens" season 2.

Titled "Blood Drive," the sixth episode will finally answer the mystery behind the Green Meanie. According to spoiler reports, Hester (Lea Michele) comes back to the Chanels' lives by finding a way to work as a hospital staff in the C.U.R.E. Institute. Since she doesn't have any background in the medical field, she will probably get hired as a medical student, similar to the Chanels.

It remains to be seen why Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) decided to give Hester a job in the hospital, but there are speculations that the two characters made a deal that led to Hester's freedom. Given that Hester is a newly convicted serial murderer, fans can expect more chaos to happen in the hospital once she comes out from her cell for good. Additionally, the influx of new patients will force the staff to solve the hospital's shortage of resources.

To give viewers more insight on what to expect in the episode, the official synopsis reads:

"After an influx of patents at the C.U.R.E. institute, Dean Munsch and Chanel organize a blood drive to solve the hospital's severe shortage. Meanwhile, Nurse Hoffel sets a plan of revenge in motion, Hester finds a way to join the hospital's staff and a shocking revelation involving The Green Meanie occurs."

On another note, Glen Powell — one of the latest characters who were killed off this season—recently shared his thoughts on his character's shocking death. In the behind-the-scenes interview released by Fox, he described Chad's demise as "pretty glorious." Despite being sad about how his character's life ended, the actor teased that he might still come back in some way. "On this show, there's ghost. There's flashbacks. So, maybe I'm not totally dead. I don't know," he said.

Keep tuning in to "Scream Queens" season 2 airing every Tuesday night at 9 p.m. ET on Fox.
