The Chanels recruit more pledges in the upcoming episode of Fox's thriller comedy "Scream Queens" season 2.

Titled "Chanel Pour Homme-icide," the next episode features the aftermath of the terrifying events of Halloween. According to the official synopsis for episode 5, Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) is forced to let the authorities know about the series of murders occurring at the C.U.R.E. Institute. Much to her surprise, her decision even resulted in an influx of new patients.

Tired of doing dirty work, Chanel (Emma Roberts) makes a plan to use the new patients by recruiting them to be a part of the Chanels. Zayday (Keke Palmer) and Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) pay a visit to a person who has ties to the hospital's past, while a new patient's illness leads the rest of the hospital staff to go a bit crazy.

In the promo recently released by Fox, Dean Munsch and Chanel are shocked to discover a dead body lying in a puddle of blood. "Who could have done this?" Zayday asks while looking around the room. At some point, Chanel tells someone that they need to start "taking desperate measures." Outside the hospital, Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley) gives the Chanels another dirty task. "Rinse these catheter tubes," she says, while handing it out to the girls who appear to be very disgusted.

This week's episode featured the death of yet another major character, when the Halloween party took a dark turn. Thanks to the Green Meanie. FBI agent Denise Hemphill (Niecy Nash) met her end. Chanel #5 was almost stabbed during the party and was actually stabbed by the Green Meanie, leading to speculations that she won't live much longer as well.

Before episode 4 aired, star Ryan Murphy hinted that fans should brace themselves for a number character deaths. "Every episode now, someone major is getting killed off," the actor told E! News. "I'm not going to tell you who, but a fan favorite character bites the dust, so people will have to tune in to see who that is. It's a shockaroo, taken too soon. RIP."

Keep tuning in to "Scream Queens" season 2 every Tuesday night at 9 p.m. ET on Fox.
