While people are focusing more on the development and release of Samsung Galaxy Note 7, another smartphone from the South Korean tech giant is about to hit the market anytime soon. According to reports, leaked details of Samsung Galaxy A8 are currently circulating online showing its impressive specs and features.

Although Samsung has yet to provide the specifics of the upcoming smartphone, the leaked information is already enough for consumers to consider this device over the others in its class.

Just like the popular Samsung Galaxy S6, the new Galaxy A8 will run on Exynos 7420 processor. The hardware unit features an amazing combination of and Cortex-A53 and Cortex-A57 cores. The processor is definitely something not to take lightly as it performs better than most of the handsets in the market today. A smartphone with an old but decent processing unit also means that it will not be as expensive as the Galaxy S7.

There are speculations suggesting that the Galaxy A8 won't be sporting a QHD resolution; however, it will have Full HD capabilities. This also means that the device will allow users to use the phone a little longer since QHD normally drains the battery life a lot faster.

Meanwhile, the smartphone will carry a 16-megapixel primary camera, which can record video at 1080p resolution. The processor will be paired with 2 GB of RAM and a 32 GB storage capacity.

Although there are other powerful smartphones in the shelves these days, the Galaxy A8 is certainly a perfect choice if one has to consider its price and reliability. It is the best alternative smartphone for consumers who do not want to spend more money for a Samsung Galaxy S7 or the upcoming iPhone 7.

As of the moment, pricing details have yet to be reported; however, there are speculations suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy A8 will be priced between $200 and $300.
