'Resident Evil: Biohazard' news, release date and rumored features: 'Collector's Edition' unveiled, includes 16GB USB stick

Another edition of Capcom's imminent "Resident Evil: Biohazard" has been revealed, courtesy of the Italian arm of GameStop.

Dubbed "The Collector's Edition," the newly leaked offering surprisingly does not contain the game itself or a portion of it. GameStop has indicated that the bundle will cost â‚¬99.9, which will already include a 16GB USB stick that is literally shaped like the dummy finger from "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" found in the recent demo, five Lithographs, and a 20th-anniversary artbook.

Furthermore, it is composed of a model replica of the Baker's family's desolate mansion along with three alternate covers and an exclusive in-game downloadable content (DLC).

The video game itself can be experienced by means of spending a bit more than usual as the consumer will have to purchase the bundle along with the game at â‚¬150.96. On the other hand, some players might be disappointed as the edition has been tipped to be all-exclusive to its European market. According to PlayStation Universe, while the game might just sit in that market exclusively, Capcom may offer a similar bundle for its fans in North America. As of this writing, GameStop has already introduced the iteration's "Deluxe Edition" in the United States.

In related news, Capcom has recently released two trailers this month â€” "Shadow" and "Aunt Rhody." The video clips have teased an indubitably creepy lady and a foe that is likewise formidable and not to be toyed with.

This year marks "Resident Evil" series' 20th-anniversary and to jazz this up, Capcom has released the availability of "Resident Evil 4," "Resident Evil 5" and "Resident Evil 6" on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" is slated to hit the shelves on Jan. 24, 2017 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
