Report: Josh Duggar Had Two Paid Accounts on Ashley Madison Affair Website
Embattled reality television star Josh Duggar is facing new allegations that he allegedly held two accounts on the affair-seeking website Ashley Madison.
Following the July cyber hacking of the controversial website and the subsequent exposure of member information, it was revealed that Duggar's full name and a linked address came up as one of the high profile users of the website that encourages extramarital affairs.
According to data published by the Gawker media outlet, a credit card belonging to Joshua J. Duggar with a billing address matching a home in Fayetteville, Arkansas belonging to grandmother Mary Duggar shows that from 2013 to 2015, $986.76 was spent to maintain two separate Ashley Madison accounts.
No members of the Duggar family have commented on the recent accusations involving Ashley Madison memberships.
Josh Duggar was recently involved in a separate controversy when it was revealed that he had molested multiple underage girls in his teen years, including two of his sisters.
News of the molestation scandal caused TLC to cancel the Duggar reality show "19 Kids and Counting" and also caused Duggar to step down from his role as executive director of the Family Research Council.
The Duggar family released a statement following the cancellation of their show that said "It is our prayer that the painful situation our family went through many years ago can point people toward faith in God and help others who also have lived through similar dark situations to find help, hope and healing, as well."
