Report: Adrian Peterson Wants to Join Dallas Cowboys

A recent report suggests NFL running back Adrian Peterson may be heading to the Dallas Cowboys after the professional athlete expressed unease about rejoining the Minnesota Vikings next year.
According to Jason Cole of the Bleacher Report, Peterson has reportedly requested that he be traded from the Minnesota Vikings to the Dallas Cowboys for the 2015 season. Cole went on to say that despite the request, the Vikings do not want to trade Peterson next year.
The Bleacher Report claims were then disputed by the local Minnesota media outlet St. Paul Pioneer Press, which refuted claims that Peterson wanted to be traded to a different team. An unnamed source told the local media outlet that Peterson is willing to remain on the Midwestern team despite facing criticism for child abuse charges during the 2014 season.
After Peterson's child abuse charges were resolved by a Texas judge during the 2014 season, management for the Minnesota Vikings released a statement welcoming the running back to their team in 2015.
Last week, Peterson told ESPN that he feels some "unease" about returning to the NFL team.
"For the fans, I would definitely love to come back, but then again, it's a business, when it comes down to business, you can't get caught up in the loyalty to fans or to a team or anything like that," Peterson told the media outlet.
"You know how it is in the NFL. I learned a lot through this process. I'm still uneasy, to be honest with you. I'm still uneasy about a lot of things that took place within the organization," Peterson added.
