'Reign' season 3 episode 15 spoilers, plot news: Will Queen Mary return to Scotland safely?
The season-ender for historical romance drama "Reign" is just around the corner, and viewers will finally see Mary's return to her home — Scotland.
According to the official synopsis for episode 15 "Safe Passage," Lola (Anna Popplewell) tells Mary (Adelaide Kane) that she can safely return to her home in Scotland. However, Mary must be cautious and she must leave at once, so no one can stop her from leaving. On the other hand, the Queen of Scots' departure might be delayed when she finds out that Catherine (Megan Follows) is in deep trouble as she was framed for murder. Now, Mary is torn if she will stay by Catherine's side or if she will leave at once. Mary's journey to Scotland cannot wait, as she might be in danger if she delays her departure any longer. As seen in the promo, her return to her home country cannot be stopped by anyone. Catherine is very emotional while she says farewell to her daughter-in-law while saying how Mary should take control of her country. Bash (Torrance Coombs) is also seen teary-eyed in the teaser.
On the other hand, it remains to be seen if Bash will stay in France or if he will go to Scotland as well. he might have confessed his true feelings for the Queen, but it seems like their story ends after Mary leaves since she will reportedly have new love interests in season 4. Coombs also confirmed that he will exit the show after season 3 to focus on another TV series.
