'Real Housewives of Atlanta' season 8 news: Cynthia and Peter's marital problems; Kenya's beef with NeNe continues
Bravo's popular reality TV Series "Real Housewives of Atlanta" recently concluded with a lot of controversies, as a "Secrets Revealed" episode officially ended the season.
The show is known for the real-life drama among its cast members, and there are certain conflicts which lingered on even after the show ended. Kenya Moore and NeNe Leakes did have their share of clashes and fights during the show, and it seems like Kenya has something more to say about NeNe.
Kenya recently caught up with Afterbuzz TV where she shared some thoughts about NeNe which fans did not really expect to hear from her. "I think NeNe brings a lot to the show. She's funny. She's capable of breaking down. She's capable of being emotional. She's capable of showing her life. So, yeah, I think she's a great addition to the show. She's the last OG. You can't take away the fact that she helped build this platform. Even as angry as I have been with her in the past and I felt like she really had betrayed me in the past, I feel like you cannot take away the fact that she helped build the 'Real Housewives' to where it is now," Kenya explained.
Meanwhile, Cynthia and Peter's relationship is put to the test after a video of Peter "fondling" another woman surfaces. "I can deal with the video, but what I am struggling with is knowing whether or not I am with the right person," Cynthia said.
As noted by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the show featured Porsha as she ventured in a new career path by being a motivational speaker. Her first speaking gig is at a high school where she discussed success. "I am here to tell you about Porsha's three steps to success. The first step is to know yourself. Step 2 is positive affirmation and the third step is to speak life into yourself." Phaedra was there and she was pretty impressed with Porsha's new endeavor. "I always knew Porsha is a good motivator, but who knew she had a little Iyanla Van Zant," she said.
According to Gossip on This, the synopsis for the last episode reads: "The Georgia peaches continue to throw shade with never-before-seen footage from Season 8 including Porsha, Phaedra's makeover of Kim and Kandi's baby shower, as well as juicy moments from Peter and Cynthia's "video-gate" drama.
