Great Britain's Prince William has recently spoken out on his wife's second pregnancy, saying that he is "thrilled" with the news of a new child, adding that the last few days have been "difficult" as his wife suffers from severe morning sickness.

Prince William told media outlets on Monday during a trip to Oxford that he is "thrilled" at his wife's pregnancy and looks forward to the future after suffering a "difficult few days." As with her pregnancy with her first child, Duchess of Cambridge is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an acute form of morning sickness.

Kensington Palace announced Monday that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second child. Will and Kate already had their first child, George, at a London-area hospital last July.

"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their second child," the palace said in a statement. "The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news."

Prince Harry, brother to Prince William, has also spoken on the expected arrival of a new niece or nephew, joking to BBC's Peter Hunt on Monday that he can't wait to see his brother have to deal with another young child.

"I can't wait to see my brother suffer more and, with any luck, if it's a girl he'll suffer even greater," Harry, who is fifth in line for the throne, told BBC. "I'd love to see him try and cope with that."
