Pregnant waitress gets $900 tip just in time for Christmas

A pregnant food server received an unexpected early Christmas gift — a hefty $900 tip.
Sarah Clark, who is two weeks away from delivering her baby, was working her shift as a waitress at Pita Jungle in Phoenix, Arizona. She got the shock of her life when a customer had left her a tip that is much more than the usual 20 percent of the total bill that she gets. Instead, she was left a $900 tip on a $61.30 order. On the bill, the customer wrote, "This is God's money — He gave it to us so we could give it to you. God bless."
"You always hear about these [things] happening, but you never expect to be the recipient of it," Clark told KPHO, adding that it's a huge help for her family. Clark shared she expects money to be tight for her and her fiance, who is due for surgery to treat an injury and will not be able to work for a while. Additionally, Clark will be going on maternity leave soon and would not have a source of income for a while. She is expected to deliver her baby on January 8, 2017.
Sarah told local news outlets that the money will go to paying bills and rent, and it will help her buy some time to stay at home and care for her newborn.
The generous tip came from a patron whom Clark had served before. Clark told KPHO that she had shared with the generous customer some of her financial woes. Another interesting bit of fact is that Clark noticed that the lady who gave her the tip also happens to be pregnant.
"It's always wonderful when somebody can do something so generous, or something to really help somebody else's situation out. I plan to pay it forward as much as I can too."
