Police have reportedly located the 22-year-old woman who was kidnapped from a Philadelphia street back in October.

Surveillance footage from the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia showed 22-year-old Carlesha Freeland-Gaither being attacked and dragged into a car, allegedly by suspect Delvin Barnes, 37-years-old.

Police were able to track down Barnes after receiving numerous tips from the public after the surveillance video was released. Those who watched the video were able to identify Barnes from the make, model and identification on his car, and police were able to pinpoint his location because he reportedly has GPS installed in his vehicle.

Police reportedly found Barnes on Wednesday in Jessup, Maryland. The suspect was reportedly exiting his vehicle when he was apprehended by police, and authorities also found Freland-Gaither in the vehicle. Police have said that they don't believe the suspect and the captive knew each other before the kidnapping, and the victim is being treated at a local hospital in Maryland.

Although little is known about Freeland-Gaither's current condition, she is reportedly said to be in good shape, and her mother, Keisha Gaither, said at a press conference that she is thankful for her daughter's safe return.

"She was very upset. She was crying," Gaither said of her daughter's condition after they reunited at a Maryland hospital. "Thank you for keeping me up. Thank you for being there for us. I'm taking my baby home," she added.

"She's in good shape, has some injuries, and was taken to the hospital," FBI Special Agent in Charge Ed Hanko told media at the press conference.
