'Pokémon Go' release date news 2016: Launch reveal coming at E3

Apple iOS and Android users certainly have something to get excited about as game developer Niantic and Nintendo are already set to release the upcoming "Pokémon" mobile game called, "Pokémon Go."
According to reports, game observers believe that the title is a mix between Pokémon and the Ingress AR game. Players are given the opportunity to roam around the city in order to catch some monsters and control Pokémon Gyms.
It will be an interesting game and the company is expecting for it to be well received as soon as it hits the market.
"Pokémon Go" will allow players to interact with other gamers and they can trade as much as they can battle with each other. Players will have to travel for them to progress in the games.
According to a report by TechCrunch, "Pokémon GO" started in 2014 after an April Fools' Day joke from a Google Maps team who released a trailer for an augmented reality game, which was supposed to be a joke. Surprisingly, many people got interested and insisted on making the game a reality and the rest is history.
Pokémon GO is expected to be released in just a few weeks. Android and iOS users have been waiting for The Pokémon Company and Niantic to finally roll out the game. Fans believe that a partnership between Niantic and The Pokémon Company will produce some magic in the gaming industry.
Meanwhile, according to WIRED, players will have the chance to use their cameras as they search for Pokémon monsters nearby. Familiar points of interest and landmarks are being used in the game as they are being turned into Pokémon Gyms and Poké Stops.
Fans are also expecting the game to hit the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016, which is scheduled to start on June 14 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. There are reports that Nintendo will conduct trial games during the event, which will allow gamers to experience the game first. The release date is also expected to be revealed at the event.
