'Pokemon Go' tips, cheats update: Ways to get more starter and rare candy
Niantic's latest mobile augmented reality (AR) gaming app "Pokemon Go" is just new in Apple Store and Google Play. The players have just started to figure out the digital world of Pokemon based on GPS location. However, there are some who have already discovered helpful tricks to gain experience points and catch Pokemon more easily. In fact, popular "Pokemon Go" cheats and hacks have been available on the internet just a few weeks after the game was released.
In the game, it will be handy if the Pokemon trainer has some starter candies to help his or her Pokemon gain experience, power up, or even level up and evolve to their next form. Gathering as many starter candies as possible may not be that easy, but with the help of some tricks, this can be done in a simple step by step procedure.
It has been reported, the best way to gather candies in "Pokemon Go" is by trading Pokemon with Professor Willow. The players would need to catch as many Pokemon and trade them for candies. It will not be a problem if a player is able to catch the same Pokemon.
To do this, the player must first click on the Pokeball in the bottom portion of the screen, then choose the "Pokemon" option. The next step is to click on the duplicate Pokemon that the user would like to transfer, but the tip is to trade the Pokemon with the lower level. After selecting "Transfer" and hitting "Yes," the chosen Pokemon is now transferred, and the player will now have a particular amount of starter candy related on the Pokemon species.
Obtaining rare candies from rare Pokemon is more difficult to do, however, although the tips suggest that rare Pokemon now tend to appear near Pokestops.
"Pokemon Go" has proven itself to be the most successful mobile app since it was released by Niantic in the United States on July 5, Sensor Tower reported. At the mean time, the game has over 75 million individual downloads among Android and Apple iOS users. It only took 19 days for the game to reach the record of 50 million downloads.
