'Pokémon Go' Eevee Evolution guide update: What is the trick to choose Eevee's evolution?
"Pokemon Go" is still a fresh mobile gaming app and the players are just learning the things around the exciting digital Pokemon world. There are a few secrets that the players are only starting to grasp, and one of those interesting mysteries is how to control the evolution of Eevee.

The popular little Pokemon has three special forms, although "Pokemon Go" players do not know how to control which form their Eevee should take after evolving. Fortunately, there appears to be a small trick to pull this off, and players should only know a bit of Pokemon history.
As reported by Game Rant, the gamers initially thought that Eevee's secondary attack would predict its next evolution, but that turned out wrong. It was even speculated that the color of the nearest gym is related to the evolution. Little did they know that the secret lies in the original Pokemon anime series.
There are players now who can control Eevee's evolution into Flareon, Jolteon or Vaporeon. Just looking back at the Pokemon anime, the "Pokemon Go" players should rename their Eevee into Rainer, Sparky or Pyro. This is actually a reference to an episode where the three brothers owning three evolved Eevees'. Sparky owns a Jolteon, Rainer owns a Vaporeon, and Pyro owns a Flareon.
With this in mind, to control the Eevee transformation, the players should just rename it by clicking the "Edit" button on their Pokemon's description and change its name to Sparky for Jolteon, Rainer for Vaporeon, or Pyro for Flareon. In changing the name of Eevee, the players should take note of the correct spelling of the brothers' names and observe capitalization of the first letter.
Many "Pokemon Go" players have already tried this fun trick and it turned out correct. However, it should be noted that this hack may not work for every player.
