PlayStation VR release date news 2016: Demo disc in US has 18 titles, Europe has 8

PlayStation's Virtual Reality (PSVR) device is slated for release in October. Gamers have the option of buying the PSVR launch bundle or buying the headset independently. To add, for every purchase, the device will come with a demo disc that has 18 games.
PlayStation recently announced the titles that will be included in the package. The selection boasted a variety of games from different genres. PlayStation revealed that it intentionally featured various genres so players will eventually know what kind of games they will want to play using the device. When gamers are through with their demo, they can easily purchase the the titles through the unit.
Gamers can download the demo disc for free at the PlayStation Store once the PSVR launches. Moreover, players should note that the titles will vary across countries and regions.
The 18 titles that will be available in the US and Canada are the following: "Allumette" by Penrose, "Battlezone" by Rebellion, "DriveClub VR" by SIE WWS, "Eve: Valkyrie" by CCP Games, "Gnog" by KO_OP, "Harmonix Music VR" by Harmonix Music Systems, "Headmaster" by Frame Interactive, "Here They Lie" by SIE WWS, "Job Simulator" by Owlchemy Labs, "PlayStation VR World" by SIE WWS, "Resident Evil 7 Biohazard-Kitchen Teaser" by Capcom Co., LTD, "Rez Infinite" by Enhance Games, "Rigs Mechanized Combat League" by SIE WWS, "Thumper" by Drool, "Tumble VR" by SIE WWS, "Until Dawn: Rush of Blood" by SIE WWS, "Wayward Sky" by Uber Entertainment, and "Within" by Within.
Sources said that Europe will have only eight titles in the demo disc — "Driveclub," "PSVR Worlds," "Rigs Mechanized Combat League," "Tumble VR," "Battlezone," "Eve:Valkyrie," "Wayward Sky," and "Headmaster."
The solo PSVR headset will have a retail price of $400. The launch bundle, on the other hand, will be available for $500. The launch bundle will include a headset, the PS Camera and two Move controllers.
