Despite the increasing rumors about the forthcoming PlayStation 4.5 NEO, Sony has continued to stay mum about it. According to reports, the device will arrive in by September 2016. There are reports suggesting that the Japanese tech giant is planning to launch the upgraded PlayStation console at the upcoming Paris Games Week, which is scheduled to happen in October.

The rumor about its release started when Innelec Multimedia, a French video game distributor, revealed that the device will come out in the first half of the fiscal year. Although the company has since removed the post from their website, many fans predicted that Sony is indeed preparing for a big release of the new console.

Following the removal of the press release from their site, Innelec has also released a statement through AFJV, stating that there was a mistake with the post. They have also denied any knowledge of the revelation.

On their part, Sony has refused to provide any statement with regard to the issue and has maintained their silence with regard to the development of the console and its release date.

Meanwhile, reports have emerged over the Internet that the upcoming PlayStation 4.5 NEO will carry a superior graphic technology and an impressive processor. Rumor has it that the device will also have a higher RAM compared to the current PlayStation 4. It is also reported that the device will have similar user interface as its predecessor to make sure Sony does not alienate the current PS4 players.

With Sony's rumored PlayStation 4.5 NEO all over the Internet, there are reports suggesting that Microsoft is also planning to develop a new console called Xbox Two. Although both Sony and Microsoft have not made each of their supposed new product official, many believe that it is only a matter of time before these manufacturers will soon release the next generation of gaming consoles.
