PlayStation 4.5 Neo release date news 2016: New console is expected at the E3 event?

The rumors about the upcoming console from Sony have been circulating all over the Internet for quite some time now. Latest reports suggest that the company will finally launch the new PlayStation 4.5 Neo at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3, which is scheduled to happen next month in Lost Angeles, California.

If rumors prove to be true, it will be the first appearance of the highly anticipated console, which is expected to be a game changer once it hits the market.

Normally, it will take three years before gaming console companies release a new device in the market. Apparently, Sony has another plan, which has caught several players off-guard. Critics are skeptic if the Sony will pursue the project; however, fans believed of the possibility. It will be interesting how gamers will receive the new console once it is already available.

Nonetheless, Sony has yet to provide any official statement with regard to the rumored console. Many fans believe that it is only a matter of time before the Japanese electronics giant decides to reveal the device. The E3 event definitely sounds like a good platform to introduce the PlayStation 4.5 Neo because of the hype it brings every year.

According to some players, if Sony decides to reveal the console at the event in June, fans might be able to finally get their hands on it in October 2016.

Meanwhile, fans are a bit worried that their current PlayStation 4 might become obsolete once the new PlayStation 4.5 Neo comes out. However, this will not be the case as reported by Giant Bomb. The publication suggests that both consoles will share the same online features and no game will be developed exclusively for the new rumored console.

As for now, fans will have to wait for Sony to officially announce the console. These details provided are merely just rumors and speculations, which have been reported by several tech and gaming publications online.
