'Orphan Black' season 4 spoilers, plot news: Sarah discovers something important about M.K., Felix; Donnie investigate a Neolution fertility clinic

Promotional still from \"Orphan Black\" season 4 episode 4. | BBC America

The fourth season of BBC America's sci-fi series "Orphan Black" started off strong, and it seems like tonight's episode will not disappoint viewers. Sarah Manning (Tatiana Maslany) will stop at nothing to find out more about her clone sisters and her identity, and as the story progresses, the stakes are getting higher.

As noted in the official synopsis, the episode titled "From Instinct to Rational Control," will feature Sara finds out that her plans are parallel with her former enemy, so they form a risky and dangerous alliance to be one step ahead of Neolution. Meanwhile, Alison orders Felix and Donnie to do a special task — investigate Neolution by infiltrating their fertility clinic which Beth also probed. Cosima and Scott are back at the lab, and they will receive an unexpected and "revolting" delivery which apparently came from Alison. As Rachel inches her way to Charlotte, Susan Duncan lets her decide on a crucial situation.

Sarah comes back home from her Icelandic hiding place, and she goes on a hunt to see a mysterious ally who has a connection to the clone who started everything â€” Beth Childs. Sarah embarks on a journey to follow Beth's footsteps which might lead to a "horrifying" direction. In her effort to protect the sisterhood from any harm and keep everyone secured, it will take  toll on Sarah's character as her old ways start to resurface.

In the promo clip, Sarah's foster brother Felix and Donnie are tasked by clone Alison to probe a fertility clinic which might have connections to Neolution. Felix and Donnie pose as a gay couple, so Donnie gets into character doing gay stereotypes. Felix, who is gay outside of the pretend scenario appears to be unamused.
