Orlando shooting proves U.S. needs to limit Muslim immigration, says Pastor Saeed Abedini
Saeed Abedini believes that the Orlando mass shooting only proves that he was right into thinking that America needs to limit Muslim immigration.
Abedini, the pastor with a Muslim background, shared his views on Facebook Monday, June 13 about the implications brought about by Sunday's incident that killed 49 people at the Pulse gay nightclub.

Although the 29-year-old gunman, Omar Mateen, called 911 and pledged allegiance to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) terrorist group and the Boston marathon bombers, authorities are yet to find indications of ties between the gunman and the militants.
"We need to limit Muslim Immigration into the USA, and we need police forces to be active in Muslim neighborhoods," Abedini wrote.
Saying that this was the same thing he said during a BBC Persia interview, the pastor was asked about his opinion on the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's speech to limit Muslim refugees and Ted Cruz suggesting that the U.S. police be more active in Muslim neighborhoods.
He also shared that Iranian Muslims were quick to attack him after watching the interview. The pastor said that their attacks included curses and bad words while they were defending that Islam is a peaceful religion. Abedini considers radical Islam as a hateful ideology.
"And just a few hours afterward, we heard of the terrorist attack in the nightclub in Orlando, proving I was right," he said.
Abedini is just one more person who thinks he was right all along.
Trump tweeted on Sunday, "Appreciate the congrats for being right on radical Islamic terrorism."
Just like Trump's speech that painted an America wiped out by terrorists, the pastor believes that with President Barack Obama's plan of bringing in 100,000 Muslim refugees to the U.S. next year, it would only take one percent of the Islamic State militants posing as refugees to open up America to terrorist attacks.
The pastor concluded that Christians should start reaching out to Muslims.
"If we don't reach Muslims by the Love of Christ they will reach us by the love of their Allah which is Jihad," he said.
